Quality & Performance Measures (QPM)

The Quality and Performance Measures Committee ensures that CHPC’s statewide HIV prevention and care indicators are aligned with the statewide plan. This committee regularly updates, develops, or retires indicators in response to changing circumstances to maintain the effectiveness of the state’s HIV strategy. Additionally, it promotes the sharing of best practices for quality improvement, including organizing the Quality Management (QM) Summit to foster collaboration and enhance service delivery across the state.
