The CHPC Executive Committee plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration. It coordinates work across various committees, provides input on CHPC agendas, including selecting presentation topics, and serves as a sounding board for the co-chairs on key decisions such as committee chair selections. Additionally, the Executive Committee fosters a positive meeting climate by reviewing feedback and addressing any emerging issues, including those related to the consortium’s bylaws.
